The HeartHeads'

Reading is Fundamental

I is We Incorporated presents....
The HeartHeads is a children's story that emphasizes the values of community, sharing, and education through engaging rhyming verse, reminiscent of the style popularized by Dr. Seuss. The book follows an African American family on a picnic where they meet neighborhood children, leading to a deeper engagement in community-building activities. The rhythmic structure and whimsical storytelling are akin to Seussian classics, making the book accessible and enjoyable for young readers. The book's emphasis on teamwork, critical thinking, and the importance of literacy and education aligns with traditional educational themes in children's literature. Its historical references to Carnegie Library in Savannah offer a culturally significant backdrop, further enriching the story's setting and appeal. Overall, "The HeartHead's" serves as an entertaining yet meaningful narrative that promotes important social and educational values in a playful and engaging format.
